Welcome to the NCKMS 2007 Registration Website!
Registration Instructions:In order to register for the symposium, you will need to tell us something about yourself: who you are, your address, and such as that. This information is entered when you "create an account" on the registration page. The information you enter on the registration page is solely for registering for the symposium. It is maintained by the Missouri Caves & Karst Conservancy and will not be transeferred to any other party. No financial information is collected before deciding to actually pay for a registration.
You are free to browse the registration options before creating an account on the symposium site. Once you create an account, you will be able to select registration options and select your preferred method of payment. Once you log in, click on an item on "al a carte" or "full registration" on the upper left under "Categories". (HINT: "Full Registrations" will by far be the most common choice.) If you see the registration options you are seeking, click on it. For example, if you are registering for the full deal and it is before September 1st, 2007, you would choose "Registration--Full, early". The item you selected will be described in more detail. If it is, indeed, what you want, click on "Add to Cart". You can cancel a registration at any time during this process! Once you have finished selecting your items, click on "Checkout".
Important details:After you click on "Checkout" you will see a page verifying your shipping information (your address). Below that is a box titled "Add Comments...". If you are registering as a co-sponsor or student scholarship, please note that in this box!
Payment instructions:After verifying your address, click on "continue". This takes you to a page where you select your preferred payment method. If you are paying by credit card, please select "PayPal". All others select "Check/Money Order"! Click "Continue". The next page is a confirmation page--check everything over and make sure it's right. If you are paying by credit or debit card, when you press "Confirm Order" you will be taken to a page where you can enter your payment information. If you are paying by check or otherwise, an invoice will be automatically e-mailed to you.
